Your Job 

1. Goals - Spend the time to identify what you are hoping to gain in your new home. Separate the needs from the wants. i.e. Location, Size, School District, Community Amenities, Style, Price Range, Financing, etc. Analyze your lifestyle and the kind of home you dream of. Think about how you would like to live your daily life. Picture your activities and how you and your family want to spend your time. Focusing on your greatest wants will help you find the best home for your lifestyle. It is just as important for us to know what you don’t like as what you like! 

2. Be prepared to buy - Get your finances in order, clean up your credit, and talk to a mortgage broker or direct lender about becoming pre-approved for a loan. Knowing exactly how much you can spend can narrow your search and make it less stressful. You will also be in a much better position to act quickly should we find the right house. Being Pre-Qualified will make you a much stronger Buyer in the Seller’s eyes. 

3. Hire Mara Muller as your Accredited Buyers Representative® by signing an exclusive buyers' agreement - You need help - someone who has an ear to the ground in areas where you don't.
