2. Be prepared to buy - Get your finances in order, clean up your credit, and talk to a mortgage broker or direct lender about becoming pre-approved for a loan. Knowing exactly how much you can spend can narrow your search and make it less stressful. You will also be in a much better position to act quickly should we find the right house. Being Pre-Qualified will make you a much stronger Buyer in the Seller’s eyes.
3. Hire Mara Muller as your Accredited Buyers Representative® by signing an exclusive buyers' agreement - You need help - someone who has an ear to the ground in areas where you don't. The home you want may receive multiple offers. We need to make sure that your offer is the most attractive to the Seller. Keep contingencies to a minimum because the seller will assume that any contingency is a loophole to get out of the contract. If offers come down to personalities, a seller will want to sell the home to someone who "appreciates" it and offers the least amount of risk.
